THESE NOTICES OF THE IMPOSITION OF DISCIPLINARY SANCTIONS AND ACTIONS are published pursuant to Rule 3.5(c) of the Washington Supreme Court Rules for Enforcement of Lawyer Conduct. Helga Kahr (WSBA No. 16338, admitted 1986) of Seattle, WA, was disbarred effective 10/24/2023, by order of the Washington Supreme Court imposing reciprocal discipline in accordance with an order of the Supreme Court of the State of Illinois. Mark Walter Heckele (WSBA No. 55903, admitted 2020) of Friday Harbor, WA, was suspended for six months, effective 8/18/2023, by order of the Washington Supreme Court imposing reciprocal discipline in accordance with an order of the Supreme Court of the State of Arizona.
